This is the first parrot I've owned and I don't know all that much about him.
He looks like that (I'm told) because he is young...and atm stressed.When he isn't stressed he doesn't have the striped and has some red and blue hues in his tail and face.

Wonderful pictures I'd love to see a few when he isn't stressed. I was interested in getting a parrot when I get my larger tank but I was thinking about holding back because I heard they are quite aggressive

This is the best pic of my semi-unstressed (not a real word..lol) parrot...
He/she is very nippy,that's why I moved it into the tank with the larger fish,and since then he's been in stressed colors...
