Setup Question..

I was wondering if it is bad to have bubbles floating all around in my FOWL tank. I have an 18 inch air stone/tube that goes along the back of my tank. The bubbles float up and the power head pushes them all over the tank. Is that bad? Should I move my power head out of the bubble stream?

I would not recomend it. These bubbles wil act like a protien skimmer (the protiens will be attracted to the surface of the bubble just like in a protien skimmer).

These bubbles with enriched nutrients will not be collected in any cup but merely float around the tank. )
