I redid your list because some measurements weren't accurate. The above list would be 108" of fish...your going to have to cut down, unfortunatly. Oh, and I didn't count the Silver Tipped Catfish, because you said you would be getting rid of it.
Personaly, I would get rid of all the dwarf gouramis accept for one because males can be aggressive towards each other (unless you can find some females). I would have just one pair of rams, not two. And you really only need one pleco, they are big poop machines. These are just some suggestions and you don't have to follow them but I wouldn't think about adding any more fish to your list.
