Setting Up A Nano Planted.

Ok so I have a 25L Sicce moby dick fish tank, it has a hood on it with a built in filter and light.

I was thinking about using this for a planted nano?

Or selling it and starting from scratch.

With regards to clear seal tanks, do they need a cover on the top?

How much co2 would need to go in a nano tank? And in what form, DIY?

Could anybody reccomend me a good overhead light unit.
