we donate and prepare 3 big roasters of meat and veggies ( bounty from the farm ), at church on Christmas... we put together a pot luck meal, for anyone who doesn't have family to spend the holidays with... we are blessed to have 3 freezers full of meat from the farm, so we are sharing beef, pork, and turkey... and ask anyone bring their favorite holiday side... so I was up until midnight last night, deboning, and slicing meat... did the same last year, only I spent 2 hours washing dishes after the meal... I hate to go with disposable plates, but the church currently doesn't have enough water heater to hold up to 2 hours of "crew" washing dishes... they recently bought this building... so I'm guessing a bigger water heater is on an eventual shopping list... weather you are serving or couching... have a Merry Christmas...
