I have a 55 gallon that currently holds 9 Serpae Tetra, 1 Pearl Gourami, and 1 Red Tailed Shark, can I get some blue Moscow guppys?

They might nip. They might not. Impossible to tell you either way how your fish will behave. I wouldn't risk it myself, but it's up to you.

RedTail, do they ever bother the gourami?

They've never nipped the gourami, I've also kept them with a angelfish with no problems ( it soon later died from angelfish virus though, R.I.P.) They barely even nip at eachother, I'm a little worried about the guppys long fins though.

They could be quite tempting, my neons will nip at my male guppy very occasionally if the tail is just *there* in front of them, and serpaes do have a rep for a reason.... But it's your call.

I have 4 serpae tetras in my 55g with long fin black skirt tetras and there's never been a nipping problem. I think I have unusual serpaes, though. They've never nipped at anything.

i'll probably go for it, because my serpaes are good tempered too.
