Septicemiea What Med Shall I Use

I know you do two rounds of treatment then you have to do a water change and run some black carbon.
After the water change and black carbon I would start the med again.

just to let you know, that there is now NO sign of blood in his fins,i will treat for this week like you recomend just to be on the safe side,but iam so pleased

wilder i hate to have to emabaress you but your a genius!! thankyou so much for all your help through both of my tanks being infected...now do you have anything for the flu (me)

can i cycle a new filter(carbon insert) alongside the cycled one i am currently using??

Do you mean add another new sponges or black carbon.

got a fluval 4 brand new,and it has a carbon sponge in there,is it ok to have this filter running at the same time a s my other normal sponge one,will it absorb the meds being new,
or am i just doing it all wrong?

You only run the black carbon in filters when you are removing meds.
Squeeze some mature sponges onto the new wet ones to give them a kick start.
