I'm accually asking this for someone else. My friend manages a pet supplies plus and knows nothing about fish thats why they hired me last summer. Well i left until i was out of school and now that im going back they know nothing about fish still and i think alot of the fish are being wiped out by septicemia. Alot of the fish have some red lines or hemroging possibly. If septicemia is the culprate how do i get rid of it and get a nice little bonus to get more fish stuff :hey: . Sorry for the lengthy post i can get pictures if need be...

secpticemia is a bacterial blood infection and is hard to cure.
you need a strong internal anti-biotic to even try a cure.
what meds you can get hold of depends on the part of the world you are in.

the best way is prevention. this disease is often cause by poor water quality,
and as you say they know nothing about fish I bet their water change regime is sparse if at all.

Ya thus us the kind of thing that happens when im not there...i guess i didnt teach them too well. So what your saying is basically i have to let it run it's course? Btw i live in the US

no what I'm saying is you should treat but after the treatment the best thing to do is prevent it happening again by ensuring good water quality.

OK you are in the US so try Paragon 2 by Aquatronics or Zeemax by Jungle both are a wide ranging anti-biotic
