Hope someone can help;

Since last night my 9 corydoras were lying down, not feeding, fins clamped, looking very sick. One was lying on its side with a big red patch over its tail, lower body and fins, it died this morning. Several others have red on their fins, and bodies, which looks like septicemia from the pictures I've seen.

The tank is a mature tank, set-up for 5 years, 120 litres. It's well planted and the only change is I bought some new plants about 2 weeks ago, and they had a warning label on them that they hadn't been quarantined, Could it be from the plants?? I've administered a general anti-bacterial medication, and done a 30% water change. The water parameters before the change were fine, the same as usual (ammonia-0, nitrites-0, nitrates-20-40ppm, Ph about 6.5, temp 25 degrees). If it's from the plants could it be some kind of parasite that needs a different treatment?

Also there are 5 tetras, and 4 rasboras in the tank and they currently seem unaffected.

Thanks for any advice, please help!
