Personally I wouldn't be comfortable doing that, such a long way to go, fish would probably die from stress because of the length of time needed, even a plane is roughly 8-12 hours.. without travel time to / from airports etc... then you need to make sure it's not thrown about or anything.. just my opinion.. unless there is a specialist company.

Honestly I would just buy a new betta. If you must send it, try to find a good courier that will overnight it from the uk to the us. Or you could pack it with you on the plane.

Not a good idea. I send and recieve killifish eggs to/from the USA and they take over a week in transit. Fish would be different of course but you would have to pay a hell of a premium for the postal. Also check laws governing certain imports and a permit may or may not be required.

im not buying it, im in the uk, some1 has asked if im able to send to the usa

funny that considering most fish come half way around the world to us here in the uk, and i know ppl from uk have brought bettas from the states on aquabid
