Is a Seaclone a good protein skimmer to get or no I have heard mixed things about them so I wanted your opinion. I was also wondering if Instant Ocean would be a good salt to use in my tank.

What size tank? In general, I don't think they are the highest rated. AquaC, CPR Bakpak's get good ratings on other forums.

Instant Ocean is OK. If you want the 'hot' marine salt that is out right now, many people are raving about Tropic Marin. Marine Biosea and Crystal are also highly rated. SH
