would these be ok for amazon sords and evetually dwarf hairgrass

My amazon sword loves it. It shot up to about a foot in the past two weeks since I recovered it from near death at the LFS and the last week since I put the tab in. Though it does have quite a bit of sulfur in it, so there might be a little bit of a smell from the water.
