hi guys, spotted a sea slug in my nano aquarium must have come from the LR. its grey with a white stripe down it. i was just wondering, does this creature pase a threat to my tank? and if so how can i safely remove it.

Dunno, IDing sea slugs without a pic is nearly impossible ast here are so many in the ocean. Most sea slogs are harmless to the reef, some are oblicgate predators though...
 
Most nudibranchs are pretty harmless. Some of the brightly coloured ones will eat corals but most are vegetarian and graze on algae and higher marine plants. If it isn't crawling across corals and your corals aren't dieing, then leave it be as a curiosity for people to look at.
