I have a 29 bio cube that has just been sitting around my house. So we are turning it into a tank for seahorses!!! It is something i have dreamed about for a long time. Anyway the tank is filled with RO water as of a couple of minutes ago an im going to check out the LR at my LFS.
anyway i need to know....can any of the leopard wrasse's be in a tank wiht them? and if not them what kind of fish could go in with them. can Acropora be in the tank with them? gorgonians? will Alot of LR bother them?

Thanks

I myself don't know a whole lot about horses, but I know that they do well with lots of macro, more than rock, and that most corals will be able to sting them...so stonies are out of the question for the most part. Aiptasia and majanos will sting them as well. And they will get sucked into a powerhead and die, so they need a very specialized system. That's about all I know, hope I helped!

first ammonia test brings a reading of .5. here we go! and i am using rock from my old established tank and sand from a tank...established already. from tank to tank. so hopefully there wont be a long cycle! introducing copepods next week. very exciting
