School

I have a 10 gallon, I have 2 corys in it. How many Corys do I need to have a school of Corys? Can I safely put a school in there?

I am also looking at a school of glass catfish, can I put them with Corys, and how many of these would I need to make a school, can I safely put a school in this tank?

What type of cories do you have? You might be able to squeeze in 5, depending on the species.

It depends on the species of cories. If they grow to an adult size of under 2 inches, you can probably put 5 or 6 in there, but any bigger than that, you might have trouble.

Glass Catfish grow to 4 inches. I would not recommend putting any in a 10 gallon tank.

Yea I've seen glass cats in a 10g tank.. not a good situation to put them in..

I would consider a school to be at least 4

A shoal is any group of fishes that remains together for social reasons, whereas a school is a polarised, synchronised shoal (Pitcher and Parish 1993).
