After treating my tank for a fungus infection and loosing two white clouds to it, one white cloud still has a white spot on the top, in front of the dorsal fin (the ones that died had this, but with them it also covered the sides at the same point on the body).

It's been there for a while now, even after two 5-day treatments with Tetra FungiStop. The fish is behaving perfectly normally.

I have bought some different medication to try, but my girlfriends dad (also a fish keeper) said that it may be a scar/scab and the fungus itself may have been successfuly treated.

Is this a likely thing?

I will try to get a pic if the fish stays still for long enough.

Try salt dips, and you will need anti internal bacteria med, good luck.

Thanks for your help.

I did treat the tank with Aqualibrium salt...I was planning on getting some more and doing a higher dose seperate bath treatment for that particular fish. I've just added Esha 2000 today. After my girlfriends dad said it might be a scar I thought there might not be a need to keep treating though.
