Scared Fish?

So basically a friend of mine came over to my house and...well, we were talking near my fish tank when he suddenly moved his arms as we were talking and one of my guppies suddenly dashed away and hid. Now it keeps hiding all the time (it normally never hid) and it seems to be opening and closing its mouth. Is that gonna go away?

Check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.
If they are ok, then give the fish a chance to recover.

Yh its all alright. And he's the only fish acting like that.
