Scared Fish

Hello, i have literally just signed up like 5 minutes ago, but against that. When igot a pair of sqordtails and a gourami(cannot remember what type) my fancy guppies stayed in the corner scared but now they are swimming having fin again. Will this happen in the future?? P.S. i have a male and female sword tails guppies 2 platies that gourami and leopard pleco.P.S.S.one of the platies is tatooed and he was scared to and still a little skiddish but stil is friendly
