Hey I just want to say a big Hello. My name is Ryan and I'm from Philadelphia, PA, USA I'm looking for some advice, guidance and friendship.
This is my second fish tank in about a year. The first one was for my 2 boys in their room and was just a basic 4 Goldfish tank with some peppered cory cats to keep the bottom clean. That last only so long until the wife woke up one morning and there was water everywhere, crack in the tank. She managed to save 2 Goldies and take them to my sons school that morning.
I always wanted a cystal clear tropical tank. So I was on the look out for a tank, being I still had my stand and filter, heater, etc. Found one at a yard sale.
I set it up and started cycling it a few days ago, added the rocks and some plants with the tank water from the pet store the other night. Still cycling Hoping to get some Neon Tetras and a Gourami or 2, depending on what the pet store has and looks good. I'll try and get some pics up.
