how u you clean new sand?

Put it in a bucket, gently run water into the bucket, swirl, drain, repeat. Hard work, but sand looks better than most gravel.

dont really need to run it in gently either.


i jus stand by the outside tap. dump some water in and pour it out again.


looks like your loosing alot at first but u shud see the heavy stuff settle pretty quick and all the stuff still floating is the stuff u dont want anyway.
