Saltwater Ich?

i'm new to saltwater . I have had my tank for about 2 1/2 months now. I only have 4 damsels , a lownmower, and a decorator crab. I had a parot fish andit died a couple days ago. i removed the fish fairly quick after i noticed it was dead. now I am noticing what appears to be ich on my fish. i have many freshwater tanks in the past and know for them you could by some ich medicine and it would go away. i think the problems came from when i purchased a lobster and it lasted 2 days. i believe it was infected and now if anyone can help i would really be thankful. How do you get rid of ich in saltwater? Is it the same as freshwater? thanks for any help anyone can give me.
