Fish Herder
The box said to do 4 doses over four days with 2 25% water changes so I followed what it said.
He's acting fine however his fins are not better. They look the same. The back one that's most damaged still has the black edges.
I kind of had the feeling last week that he could die so I did the extreme and scooped him into a cup and emptied the entire tank and filled it with new treated (same temp as it was) water. Added salt and Stress Coat and put 2 new filter sponges and then added a third from one of my other betta tanks.
He just looks terrible and I'm not sure at what point I should toss in the towel, you know? I'll post photos that I had taken earlier as soon as I can get onto my computer. It's acting funky so I'm using my kids' computer right now.
Oh, and it's so much harder when it's a sick betta. They're so interactive with people, unlike how my guppies were. It was upsetting to cull guppies, but I did so when they seemed unable to recover.
