It would be a good idea to give us all the details. The tank size, how long set up, the fish in it, the "fungus" (a photo?), additives, how much salt, etc.
One tablespoon per 5 gallons of aquarium salt is the standard dose. I’m sure &Colin_T also told you to do daily water changes of 75%. Salt doesn’t dissipate so after initial dose, only add 3/4 tablespoon of salt with each 75% water change. Do this for 2 weeks.I put this question under original thread "what is wrong with my female platie" but got no responses. I'm sorry but I'm new to hobby.
