salt dose?

i have a swordtail with mouth fungus currently being treated in 15l hospital tank.
gave him 3 tablespoons of aqua salt 2 days ago and upped dosage to 6 yesterday per instructions.
Can anyone tell me if i continue dosing or not as it dosent say anything more on the box.If so, at what rate and for how long?
Iwas also advised here to do water changes in the hosp tank daily
could anyone tell me how much of the 15l i should replace?

No i wouldn't add anymore, only when you do a water change.

but how much water should I replace with water changes and how often.Ireplaced 10l yesterday but that was just a guess

One gallon with the salt replaced, then the next time half a gallon, do the gallon change about every two days, good luck.
