Hi

I have read, at the Tropica plants website that the Sagittarius Subulata grows to a height ranging from 5-30cm!! is this true? and if so, would the reason of it growing so tall be that it is not getting enuf light and is trying to reach for more light?

I have these plants for my mid-foreground and would NOT like them to grow too long...

any opinion please.

Thanks

I had Sagittarius Subulata in one of my tanks and its height varied between 5 and 20 cm. With good lighting they spread pretty quickly by sending out runners. if you want to keep the height down just thin out the sag by removing the largest plant's . They don't take to cutting.
