Well I got some new fish today and in amongst them was a tiny little clown goby at 2.5cms max. Hes very cute but very stupid. Ive cristened him S.B. (suicide Blonde) as this fish is just 2 haribo short of a packet. Ive had a grumpy tomato clown for about 3 1/2 months now since I first started with marine tanks and I always new adding any fish to the new 25g was going to be an issue. So I carefully read up on fish to try and get some that would be appropraite to Spud (grumpy tomato) The other 2 new fish have given my grumpy a wide birth and stayed well clear. Vinny the Dottyback has just given spud the evils and they seem to have to an understanding very quickly..lol *your side of the tank..my side of the tank* Which is pretty much what I was hoping for. Its 3ft long so enough space for everyone with 17kg Live rock and lots of caves/hiding places. I thought the other fish would cause a drama and not the S.B. , but he just wont leave Spud alone, hes got all this space to choose a spot he likes and make his own, but no!!, he wants to sit under the powerhead in the corner on top of a rubble pile right in Spuds den :( Spud has pretty much lost the will to live at this point, having chased the mentally challenged S.B. form his little corner about 50 times.. and still the little guy comes back time and time again. Is this normal? I mean Spud is 2.5" and mean as a grumpy clown can be, and s.b. is like 2.5cms LOL
I'm a little worried that I'm going to find him dead in the morning from all this getting packed at :(
