Out of interest does anyone remember this film?

It was the first time that I had heard of bettas, it definately kindled my interest in bettas.

Micky Rourke, Matt Dillon, Nicolas Cage, Dennis Hopper and Tom Waits were all in it.

The whole film was in black and white except for the bettas.

Saw it many many years ago The only bit i remember was the "cafe"? or whatever place it was they would meet up in.
