Generally yes. If a mod team member sees them, one will be pulled if there are no responses, or the two will be merged if there are responses in multiple topics. Often this happens by accident, computers are not foolproof, and a person's pc in the process of freezing or glitching will post the same thing multiple times.

I have mine posted twice because I was told by a member that it was in the wrong place so I didn't do it on purpose and I'm not sure at the moment how to delete the one that is in the wrong place.

Taken care of. Next time that happens, pm a mod, they will sort it out asap, that's why we're here.

I have seen some people have a double posting in the same section, one right after the other. I take it that there have been computer glitches sometimes? I have seen this happening quite often lately.
