There seem to be several things called the Ruby shark though.

yeah i think another name for thenm are the rainbow sharks

theyre getting bulied in my big tanks o i moverd them to the smaller tank until they get abit biggerand i was wondering if theyll eat my platies and tigher barbs

we've just got one of these (its still in its bag adjusting )

I beleive they are the same as red tailed black sharks in that they are solitary fish that will be aggressive towards their own kind (and similar others).

When you say 'they' how many have you got as it mey be each other they are gettting bullied by.

i have two but they are both VERY small like 2 inches long.And they both have their own terrirories they are so small theyre being bullid by the oscars
