Rtbs With Suspected Internal Bacteria Infection

The poor fella is pretty bad, hardly moving except his gills to breath scales are all 'puffy' and in some areas he has faded and I can see red patches. He's been isolated in a medicated hospital tank. I have no water readings etc as I did a big water change yesterday and he was fine there. When I came downstairs this morning he was just floated around not looking very happy at all. I have a few smalled fish die lately hence the big water change. As a precaution I also medicated the whole tank. What I want to know now, while he's still clinging on to life is whether there is anything else I can do to help him. Thanks...

He's gone now At least he had a good 5 years at least and a pretty big tank to play in
