OK, as far as I can see, one of the big problems with my plant growing aspirations for planting my large community is an excessively high phosphate reading.

So, today I bought a litre of Rowaphos and it says to sandwich it between media in the filter and not to just add it to the aquarium.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to put it in a sump filtered tank ?
(media used is three diffent thickness of sponges and loads of alfagrog)

just chuck it in a filter bag and any where in the sump, they say sandwiched as they thinking of internals so needs to be in the middle to get the best flow.

or at least thats what i expect, as long as the water fows through the media it will do it's job.

Fluidising in a sperate reactor is preferable for most phosphate removers, however in this case maybe not nessassary (I'm thinking of reef tanks when phosphate levels need to be very low).

Otherwise in an area where flow is forced through it.
