Rough Price Advice For Juwel 400 Tank

I could be getting my hands on a juwel 400 only the tank though, am just looking for some rough guide to how much the tank is actually worth and peoples advice to how hard it would be to make a stand for it

It's going to be really heavy so you'll need something solid, there are a few tutorials on the fourm and youtube on how to make them.

I got my rio 400 with stand, fx5 filter, 2 heaters, sand, bogwood, lighting (proper juwel lid and lights), and got it delivered all for £200

ill be getting the tank juwel hood and light unit internal filters and heater along with 6 hugh anglefish although the hood need new bulbs for £40 i think im getting a bargain?? Im goin to attemp to vuild my own stand following a how to guide on youtube thanks toAlm0stAwesome

Sounds good although bulbs are not very cheap but still, can't go wrong for that price. 1st thing I'd do though is but 2 canister filters. I swapped my fx5 for 2 tetratec ex1200's. I can't see internals doing a lot in a 450 litre tank. Plus they clog up quickly

ive currently got a rio 180 and im running 2 tetratec ex700s so i thought about using 1 of them on each aswell as internals

Could do. See how it goes iv just sold my rio 180, vision 180 and vision 260. Going to keep the rio 400 for community and and get a 600 or 800 litre for my bichirs and add stock based around them. Iv got the go ahead of the girlfriend for the 600 litre but still trying my luck for the 800 instead I will succeed lol

Oh yea the ear ache will possible go on for some time yet but then one day she will say something... I seen these fish the other day... Will they be ok to put in your tank? Lol my other half did the same to me. Moaned near enough every day about the tanks in the house and then one day she came home with an Snowball plec for me lol strange
