I have had some aggression in my tank of Gouramis and on that seems to be a bit bullied is now a bit ragged on the dorsal. is it stress causing rot or is he being nipped?

Im wondering more now it might be rot as on of my gibbs has a few longer nips on his tail and can't remember if it was always there. he seems happy and never looks bullied.

I will attempt a pic but its hard to catch them as there active.

Oh and there seems to be no issue with them and swimming they seem happy. and the gourami with dorsal issues does fight back once in a while.

What is also interesting is since i added lots more plants there is less agression but it was not long after this he started showing his fin issues.

Thanks

Antony

Stressed fish will not heal fast.
Is there any white edging to the tail, or red streaking.
Can we take a look at your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
If a fish is picking on another fish best to rehome one of them.
