Rosy Tetra ! Help Needed!

Hi,
I bought 3 Rosy Tetras today and 1 of them is worrying me. He hardly ever moves and when he does he does small jogs, the other 2 don't seem to swim with him and he seems alone, he has no symptoms of anything and he's eating well. Is there something wrong with him? I am new to keeping tetras and it is the 1st time in 3 years.

How are his colors compared to the others?

It can be the stress of the journey and the new enviroment
Give him a while to settle down.
If no improvement in 24 hours get back to the board.

He is the same colour but the top fin has a white bit which the others don't.

Does it look bleached out or fluffy in appearance.
Ask in the barb section to see if its normal as I thought I had finrot once with my glow light tetra and it was normal for them to have abit of white in there fin.
