Rosy Barb Unwell

One of my three rosy barbs has gradually become paler. I thought I was imagining it to start with, but it is now quite noticeable from a distance.

Water quality etc is fine, and all other fish are ok.

Behaviour is normal, but on close examination its tail and dorsal fin seem a little 'ragged'.

Any ideas anyone?

Could be a bacterial combo - internal and finrot
Treat for a bacterial infection and quarantine
