Rope/reed Fish Help!

I have two rope/reed fish and they are fairly new. One of them keeps swimming up a tall plant in the corner of the tank and just laying in it. It will lay sideways, upsidedown.... etc. It seems to be swimming ok, one of them is also swimming back and forth in the tank. Cant really tell if it is the same fish or not, they look alike. I am worried! I did change out a big rock in the tank, could it be stress from the change Is there anything I can do?? Help!! Thank you!
