Roots coming from the middle of the plant

Well if you trim off at one of the better rooted sport then you replat the cuttings and multiply your plants, I did it with my cabomba.

Dont act on these words, let someone else post to confirm it

In nature if a plant ends up getting uprooted it can start putting new roots down and sending new shoots up and start a whole new batch of plants. Or it might root into whatever the plant is touching above the bottom and spread in that direction. A lot of stem plants will start sending up new shoots if you weigh them down on their side.

I had a confused piece of limnophila I did this to. It rooted at both ends and all spots of growth in between shot up new shoots.

Trees in swamps/bogs will do that very thing when they fall over.
