Room Temp. For a lobster..

I have a small lobster about 1 inch and I was wondering what the room temperature should be for the lobster? I'm pretty sure he can live in cold conditions but I am not too sure.

Room Temperature is...um.... the temperature of the room the tank is in.

My lobster is in an unheated tank in my living room and keeps at 70-73 degrees.
