Rookie Aquascaper Requiring Help :d

So I thought I would have a go at it but I don't think it looks half as good as the likes of them in the TOTM posts so what are your opinions? It seems as though I should have them bunched closer together but what do you all think? Any criticism is welcome and I mean ANY although try to be as nice as possible I am just starting out

This is roughly how it looks it's swapped about a wee bit but please tell me you thoughts.
