took a little doing but here it is. some quick facts about the tank, it is a 26 gallon bow tank that is home to tropical freshwater fish. sand is new to me but i have been lured over by it and i am planning on converting my last two five gallon tanks over to it as well.
i choose a roman/greek theme mainly because i have spent a my college years devoting my studies to ancient civilizations, particularly Greece Rome and Egypt. so the theme only seemed natural to me. anyways i hope you like it.

I think this looks awesome, particularly like the sand on the steps of the left ornament + the fallen columns, gives it an appearance of a proper aged submerged ruin. The ornaments don't match in terms of colour / pillar thickness but hey, what a tank to have if this is Rome is part of what you studied in.

great idea very nice except maybe the figurines a little disproportionate to the rest otherwise real nice

Depends how you imagine it I think. They could equally be large statues from an ancient square or worship place...

thank you. keeping the columns buried is proving challenging since my khulis like to dig and unbury them.
different companies had different columns so yeah the one with he bubbles looks different, but it bubbles so that makes up for it :p.
as for the statue it would be better if it was Zeus after all one of the 7 ancient wonders was the giant Zeus statue.

but thanks for the complements all of your, i have worked hard to put together the tank. it is always rewarding to have people acknowledge your work. ^.^

i think once the statues and columms get a bit of alge on them they would look little better, but it does look good ive seen other tanks with these columms in them and they do you look good good job :good:

Very nice! I also really like the buried columns. Really gives it that extra little something :good:

some changes i have made to the tank.

i get bored easily, i finally got a larger more powerful air pump so i reworked the tank a little. do you like it?
