Just sorting through a few rounded pebbles to scatter in bottom of as yet dry Uncycled tank before plants arrive.
We’ve no vinegar in the house but there’s an unopened free bottle of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar that Mrs Lurch says we’ll never use. Would that do the trick? Anyone know?
It’s vinegar made from apples instead of wine apparently. I’ve no idea if OACV (as I’ve been calling it for ten seconds) is a worldwide thing or just British nonsense, in fact I’d never heard of it until an hour ago.
If it’s not worldwide then @essjay or @seangee or AN Other-Brit may know the answer? If they don’t I’ll buy some white vinegar tonight and try both on the pebbles. Hopefully this question wont then be keeping you all awake tonight.
