I'm sorry to report that my female albino krib passed away last night.
She had a massive growth in her mouth, I suspect it was cancerouse as albino kribs are prone to cancer (so I'm told).
So not wanting to keep the male on his own and not having the heart to get another albino female, I purchased a regular female as company for him.
As soon as they were introduced he flushed with colour and started to tempt her towards his cave, which she duely obliged and they are quite happy mixing it up out of sight.
Are male kribs always like this, I mean she is not even dead 24hrs and he is at it with another woman. I thought paired kribs were......, looks for the right words, faithfull to eachother, or am I just anthromorphosizing(sp) them too much.
