i may have the chance to buy a second hand rio 240 with lights and stand for a bargain price 100 pounds (my missus is dealing with the seller the only problem is the sellar has said there is a few scratches on the tank) ................would this be a problem shall i still go for it as this is ideal upgrade for me whats your thoughts?

I would look at the tank first and see how bad the scratches are,. some scratches you cant see on pictures.

Unless you organised to have the tank dropped off to you, you'll have to go and pick it up and have a chance to check it out. Over the past few years mine has picked up some scratches too, but I honestly don't notice it when I look at the tank or fish

thanks for your replies guys the person said that the scratches wernt really noticeable too so it must be similar to yours lol but i gotta grab it while i have the chance i suppose cheers
