Rio 180 Lights

My light unit keeps flicking on and off so I need a new bulb I suppose. Could someone tell me the size of lights I need in inches and wattage please? I have live plants I'd like to keep growing so I have been told I need a UV light?

No you don't need UV light, next question are the bulbs 1" diameter=T8 or 5/8" =T5.
I'm guessing T8
