Ring Around Black Mollys Eye?!?!

I have only just noticed a thick white ring bulging from my black mollys eye. it looks like there's some sort of film covering her eye and she's swimming into the front of the tank a lot. i have only had her for 3 weeks now, she was put in a new tank and had babies after 2 days. i moved her into my mothers tank to prevent her from eating/harming the babies and she seemed fine until now. i am so worried, someone please help :'(
