I am doing a fish in cycle and have tetras I just got a heater and what temp would be good for the cycling and for the tettras?
I have been cycling for about a month so it shouldn't be much longer.

The normal river temperature for Tetras would be around 75 degrees, and if you have a thermometer it will show a safe zone between 70-80. If you are fishless cycling I have heard that a slightly higher temp can help it along.

High 60's to low 70's. I personally would go with 75ish while you're cycling.

Yeah that is ideal. No hotter though.
