i was thinking

12 white clouds
12 neon tetras
2 guppys(male)
2 platys
4 clown loaches

could anyone please tell me if these fish sound ok and if im not over stocked what else could i put in

I would personally pick a different type of loach. Clowns are pretty big once grown and are really pushing it in a 75g.

Kuhli loaches, Botia striata (zebra loach), botia almorhae (yoyo loach), botia kubotai, botia histronica, botia dario, and Y. sidthimunki (dwarf chain loach) are generally better choices for a 75g. Clown loaches are at least 2x the size of all of those.
