Is Riccia easy to grow? It doesn't need a copious amount of light, CO2 or fertilisers, does it?

Im not an expert but believe it needs Co2 to grow "well" or that might just be if its tied below the surface, it might grow well as a floating plant but needs Co2 for growing below?

it will grow well as a surface plant but it will need co2 if below the water line, it will also need lots of light but same applies, not as bad on surface.
