Tiger Barb x 6
Black Ruby Barb x 6
Bosemani Rainbowfish x 6
Featherfin Catfish x 2
YoYo Loach x 3 (Or 2x Queen Arabesque Plec or 2x similar size Pleco if I can afford them! Lol)
Neon Dwarf Rainbowfish (Preacox) x 6
Platy x 6
(total approx 200cm of fish, according to thinkfish)

What do you think? Tank is 105l (3ftx12"x15") with an external filter. I already have the Neon Rainbows, Platies and Featherfins (in my main tank and q-tank at present until the new tank cycles) so these are non-negotiable. The Bosemani I LOVE and really want but I also have another tank they could inhabit if necessary.

Can any of you spot any real problems or incompatabilities with this list? All suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Well first of all...most of us have agreed that thinkfish lets you massively overstock your tank. I would trim down your stock list by at least 1/3 and possibly more considering how "top-heavy" the tank may become.

I would drop the Tiger barbs and possibly the Black Ruby barbs as well since the Bosemani's get a fair bit bigger than the others and are very active and should need plenty of swim space.

Off the size of your tank that is too much.

If there were no fish at all in, I would go for the following:

6 Khuli Loach
6 Corys
2 Ancistrus Plecs
and 12 non bottom dwellers such as
6 Neons
6 Endlers

This way you have a bright tank (endlers and neons) with some intresting fish (ancistrus) and alot of activity at the bottom (Khuli Loach and Corys)

I am admittedly not too knowledgeable about various plecos or loaches, so hopefully if there is an issue there someone else with expertise in those can give some advise.

*Edit* And the only reason that I *think* the Bosemani's might be okay is the length of the tank is about the same as a 40 gallon standard which should give them enough horizontal swim space.

Plecos are gennerally peacefull, especially if you give them a good hiding place. The only problem seems to be, when they are with larger aggressive fish, then these fish tend to attack them, but in this case with the size of the fish currently in there, a pleco would be fine, my Medusa is doing fine even though it's tiny.
