just had a test of water my amonia has gone and ph is ok and my nitrate is starting to disapear thank god so all looks good so far.hope fully next week nitrate will be in proper colour its more orange now but better than when it was like blood red as my tests r in colours.seem sum dead nice puffers today aswell they will be my nest fish when all is well

What's your nitrite reading? What is your ph? 'ok' isn't helpful really 
The ph levels of your water can effect which fish you get and are able to keep alive.
What sort of puffers have you seen? There are so many different puffers out there and most of them need to be in a big tank on their own and not with other fish (I'm generalising but it's true). If you put puffers in with your neons you won't see the neons the next day.

they are figure 8 puffers tank is 2 and a half foot my ph is 7 nnitrite iy in middle on me coour chart on its way down coz me amonia is gone. plus im not really fussed about me neons any way not very good fish just make mess my puffers will eat well when thery get here

no need to be like this its all a big food chain any way u dont no what fish want to eat.Maybe sum f ur fish will want to eat sum of urs.But in time when they get bigger they may eat ur fish so no 1 nos what all fish want to eat

I understand that you're young and that you are very new to this hobby. We all had to start out where you are, but you seem to miss the fact that people are trying to give you the advice you're asking for, but when you make comments like you have above, no-one is going to take your questions seriously
It may well be a big food chain, but in this hobby there is so much good information available from people on here and elsewhere about fish and how to KEEP them that there's no reason not to be able to do things properly and well.
Most of us on here are in this hobby to keep our fish and keep them well and healthy and are only too happy to pass on our knowledge and experience to others who may benefit from it. If you make irresponsible comments like you have, expect to get your comments remarked on as that WILL happen and you WILL upset people with an attitude like that
